We want to reassure all parents that the safety and well-being of pupils and staff is paramount.

We obviously can’t discuss the personal circumstances of anyone connected to the school but we can confirm that there have been no confirmed or suspected cases of COVID-19 at this time.

We will continue to follow the advice from the Government and Public Health England closely.
It is important, however, that if you, or your son/daughter has either of the following, mild, symptoms to please ensure they stay at home for seven days:

– A new, continuous cough
– A high temperature

If your child will be absent from school please call the school absence line as usual by calling 01458 442979

Please also reiterate the message to children to continue to wash their hands frequently and thoroughly.  It’s important that we do all we can to prevent the spread of the virus.
