Dear Parents and Carers.

For those families which are entitled to a Free School Meal, you will have been contacted by the school that a picnic style lunch is being provided daily and was available to collect from Hindhayes at the School gates between 12 – 1pm. Unfortunately, we had a large number of lunches which were not collected today. This food was prepared by our kitchen team and we need to ensure that only the absolute minimum number of people are working on site, therefore if the lunches aren’t required, we can reduce staff down.

If you were previously contacted by the school as being eligible for the Free Schools Meals and would like a packed lunch, but didn’t collect today, please can you let us know by calling the school on (01458) 442978 or via email to hindhayes@educ.somerset.gov.uk

Also, for those families where you think you may be entitled to FSM where your circumstances may have changed, please can you complete the Form on our website under the Home Learning tab.
