Hello,

We’ve been fortunate with the weather during our gardening sessions these past few weeks and as usual, are getting lots done.

A big thank you to various grandparents and parents for seeds and plants that have been given to us and one of our governors has made us 4 bug houses to put up around the gardens too.

Some year 6 boys helped me to turn our shed around to make easier access and some year 5 girls have cleared the area around it. 

Beans, carrots and parsnips have been planted this week, we’ve dug a flower bed and sown lots of flower seeds in it too. Sadly it doesn’t look like our tadpoles survived.

The next few weeks will see us clearing the grass for a pumpkin bed and ongoing sowing of seeds and care of the gardens.
