I hope you are all keeping well and enjoying yourselves.
We’ve been busy here in school, with our ongoing daily waste collections. Those pesky seagulls got to one of our compost bins again! We have set up 2 more bins and they haven’t done anything to those so far…
We have turned the paper back into paper that we can use for craft projects. It’s still drying at the moment.
We glazed our first fired clay and our second kiln load will be ready for glazing next week.
We sowed chilli peppers and sweet peppers and have started pruning the gooseberry and currant bushes too.
We are very lucky to have such lovely grounds here at Elmhurst; there’s always plenty to do.
I forgot to mention spinning! We carded sheep fleece and spun it into yarn then plyed it with some stinging nettle yarn I had previously made
I hope you have a great week.
