Children: various roles and responsibilities

Elmhurst buddies are there to help you at playtime and lunchtimes. Year 6 children, the ones wearing the high vis jackets and badges, are on duty daily. If you have a problem, ask one of the buddies to help you.

Our new year 6 buddies are:

First Aiders are there to help with minor injuries. They support the adults on duty by accompanying children who have hurt themselves at playtime to the medical room. All our First Aiders have been trained by St John’s Ambulance.

Sports Ambassadors

At Elmhurst, we have a team of children whose job it is to promote sport, to report back on our successes,  to help organise competitions within the school and to help organise sport at lunchtime. Is this something you could do?
