Dear all,

There have been many questions about the viability of the Okehampton trip in September. 

At this point in time, we are aiming to go ahead as planned. If the situation we are in continues and we are unable to go, we would first look to move the trip to later in the year and, if that fails, we would reimburse all funds and cancel the trip. 

Obviously, there are many unknowns so, for now, let’s stick with the original plan.

We had asked that all payments were made by the end of May. We appreciate that, with the current financial situation, this may be more difficult for families and so we have extended the deadline.

If you would like for your child to attend Okehampton in September, then please continue to pay into the account on Parent Pay. We will need to ask that the full amount for the trip is paid before the start of term in September.

Even if you haven’t started payments yet, but you would like for your child to attend the residential, then please start making payments as stated above. This will secure your child’s place.

We do not know what is going to happen in the future so these plans may well be subject to change!
